From what I can tell, there's an underserved niche in modern Amiga hardware:
What if you have one of the late Amiga 500s, in which Commodore used an Amiga 500 Plus board (i.e. Rev 8a/8a.1) but left off the A500+'s defining upgrades like RAM and real-time clock from the factory, but which has already been upgraded to 1 MB Chip RAM on-board at some point in its life, and you want a trapdoor expansion that has 1 MB Chip RAM on it (to increase it to the maximum total of 2 MB) and a battery-backed real-time clock?
That's what I'd need for my A500 Rev 8a.1, a 1 MB Chip RAM expansion with RTC. It already has an 8375 Fat Agnus, it has 1 MB on-board, it doesn't have the clock β and it's got a TF536, RGB2HDMI etc., but that's beside the point.
But all I can find for sale are 512 KB expansions with RTC for ex. Rev 6a machines, or 1.5 MB expansions without RTC for the full A500+, ex. on AMIGAstore.eu or eBay!
I don't suppose there's someone else who has had this exact problem on here, or who's got a lead as to where I might be able to get such an expansion, preferably in Europe?
