It's from some windows insider promotional stuff, ninja cat and trex, there is also one with a narwhal and a unicorn one iirc
no idea but the windows 10 emoji keyboard has a custom emoji that only works on Windows for it
Microsoft internal teams got all kinda wackadoodle type branding and such like this.
i vaguely remember a T-Rex with claw grabbers being a Reddit thing. Just barely tho, maybe it just seems like a 2011 Reddit thing.
Everyone else already said it, but yeah, this was just internal Microsoft swag for Windows 10.
They also had t-shirts with this design in the employee section of the store on campus, and I still own one.
The Ninja Cat was specifically a Windows thing, but I feel like the T-Rex with grabby arms was just a wider-internet (ok, ok, it's Reddit) thing.
Raymond Chen made an article about it: https://devblogs.microsoft.com/oldnewthing/20160804-00/?p=94025
