Here's a link to it. It was only for GNU Make 4.2
I never got GNU Guile working, sadly, because I didn't have the energy at that point to convert it's build system to CMake.
You will notice it is extremely simple. This is because I unwound like 1700 lines of autotools bullshit that wasn't needed.

It's luckily an optional dependency for GNU Make integration unless you're crazy and want it as a hard dependency, but it's there so you can write custom commands or execute custom scripts without writing $(a $(million $(macros)))
