Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-9103 is to be kept at Standard Storage Locker 32-A at Site 42. Access is restricted to personnel with Level 9103-4 clearance.
All non D-Class Foundation Personnel are allowed to submit a request to be granted Level 9103-4 clearance at any time. Level 9103-4 clearance will only be granted to personnel who have received a psychological evaluation. The evaluation must determine that the personnel in question would not suffer diminished job performance upon contact with SCP-9103, nor would they pose a threat to the Foundation.
Description: SCP-9103 is a small metallic emblem attached to a chain, intended to be worn as a necklace. SCP-9103 is in the shape symbol resembling the Greek letters theta (Θ) and delta (Δ) overlayed on top of each other. When worn, SCP-9103 has a chance to transform the subject's body. Subjects who wear SCP-9103 are classified as instances of SCP-9103-A, even if they are unaffected.
The specific transformation undergone by instances of SCP-9103-A, and whether or not they are affected at all, varies vastly between individual subjects. The subject's body image, gender identity, and overall psyche seem to influence SCP-9103's affects. Transformations range from small, unnoticeable changes to subjects changing species to subjects gaining anomalous properties. Every subject transforms instantly, and SCP-9103 will grow or shrink to fit the subject if necessary, returning to normal size upon being removed. Instances of SCP-9103-A who wear SCP-9103 again are unaffected.
Attached is a partial testing log. Some tests have been removed due to similarities to other tests. A full testing log can be requested from the director of Site-42. Some personnel names have been redacted by request to respect privacy.
Begin log:
Subject: D-740573
Subject data: D-740573 had been detained for a violent crime.
Test result: Subject's muscle mass increased by 500%. Subject theorized to have heightened stamina and reflexes. Subject attempted to breach containment. On-site security suffered █ causalities before subject was terminated.
Additional notes: Psychological screening will be required before selecting all future subjects.
Subject: D-234553
Subject data: D-234553 had been detained for a non-violent crime and displayed no violent tendencies.
Test result: On-site security was kept on standby. Subject's skin hardened into a rock-like substance. No further effect was observed and subject was able to move freely despite the transformation. Subject's new skin was unable to be pierced so blood could be drawn for testing.
Additional notes: Subject will be considered for more extreme testing.
Subject: D-644367
Subject data: D-644367 had been detained for a non-violent crime and displayed no violent tendencies.
Test result: Subject's breasts flattened. Upon inspection, subject's genitalia had been transformed into a penis. After initial confusion, subject claimed to be more comfortable in their body than before testing.
Additional notes: Potential subjects are to be asked what their ideal body would be during psychological screening.
Subject: D-543456
Subject data: D-543456 reported being fully comfortable in their current body.
Test result: No effect.
Additional notes: N/A
Subject: D-940345
Subject data: D-940345 reported dissatisfaction at a bald spot.
Test result: Subject's hair grew over their bald spot.
Additional notes: N/A.
Subject: Jr. Researcher Mike Streld (Formerly [REDACTED] Streld)
Subject data: Subject had observed tests 9103-1 through 9. Subject applied to have their name and gender changed, and requested a test with SCP-9103. After a through psychological evaluation, the request was granted.
Test result: Subject's breasts flattened. Subject grew a full beard. Upon inspection, subject's genitalia had been transformed into a penis.
Additional notes: Subject's mental state has improved dramatically. Subject's application for name and gender change approved.
Subject: Jr. Researcher Sam Streld (Formerly Sam Lebiten)
Subject data: Subject is a close friend of SCP-9103-A-10. Subject identified with a gender not matching the one they were born as. Subject requested testing with SCP-9103 after learning of the results of test 9103-10. SCP-9103-A-10 was disciplined for leaking information about SCP-9103 to Jr. Researcher
Test result: Subject's body transformed to match the gender the subject identified as. Specific details have been redacted at the request of the subject, but can be found on the full test log.
Additional notes: Subject's mental state has improved dramatically. Subject proposed to SCP-9103-A-10 shortly after.
Subject: D-048232
Subject data: D-048232 passed all psychological evaluations.
Test result: Subject transformed into a large lizard-like creature consistent with western depictions of dragons. Subject grew to be bigger than the room the test was conducted in, causing significant damage to the building and minor injuries to those observing the test. Subject became dormant for approximately 3 hours, after which it complied with orders given.
Additional notes: Subject's mental state has improved dramatically. Testing will now be carried out in a on-site warehouse.
Subject: Researcher [REDACTED] Holt
Subject data: Subject applied to test with SCP-9103 to "prove to those two that I'm not trans". Subject is acquaintances with SCP-9103-A-10 and SCP-9103-A-17.
Test result: Subject's body transformed to match the gender the subject identified as. Specific details have been redacted at the request of the subject.
Additional notes: "Well fuck." - Researcher Holt
Subject: Researcher Lucas Stine.

Test result: Subject transformed into an anthropomorphic deer.
Additional notes: Subject's mental state has improved dramatically.
Subject: Senior Researcher Sarah █████ (Formerly [REDACTED █████])
Subject data: Subject requested accommodations for personnel under 50cm in height be implemented throughout Site-42 prior to testing.
Test result: Subject transformed into an anthropomorphic rodent. Subject shrank in height to 7cm.
Additional notes: Subject's mental state has improved dramatically. Request for accommodations approved.
Subject: Agent ████████ ███
Subject data: "You guys are probably going to like this." - Agent ███
