Manga style comic about Rudolph except that the names of reindeer that Santa use are not just names but titles that also represent what positions in the sleigh team they take. Rudolph only wants to be one of the back positions, but he gets bullied and by the time Santa asks for his help his savvy enough to negotiate first. Santa assumes he just wants to replace one of the current leads, but Rudolph asks another front position be made in his name instead. So all the reindeer that bullied him before have no choice but to follow his lead every Christmas or retire. Some do, some get fired later, others become allies. But I also like to imagine at least one of the old guard is composed externally but constantly overthinking whatever Rudolph is doing just because he finessed it that one time
