anyone got orthostatic hypotension tips? that's the thing where your blood pressure drops when standing still / sitting straight up. it's been getting in the way of practicing/recording, and it's only just been positively identified what's going on there. I can't exactly stop playing every 30 minutes to go do 20 jumping jacks, and eating a bunch of pickles and overwatering helps but not enough. I'm only at 30 minutes of playtime per 20 jumping jacks because of pickles and overwatering.
if you're wondering how this is particularly relevant to cohost, this is a common side-effect of amphetamine-similar ADHD medication (your vyvanse, your adderall, your Crystallized Methamphetamine Salts, etc).
