This sucks for anyone trying to get footage of stuff from that platform.
For most streaming services if you turn off hardware acceleration in the browser you can capture footage, but Disney has literally disabled the ability to play footage in non-hardware-accelerated environments.
Fondly remembering Quibi, where the only way to talk about any of their "hit shows" like The Golden Arm online was to exploit the analog hole in their hardware copy protection by pointing another phone at your phone.
