I don't bring a cup but I usually have a couple packets of ginger tea in my medicine bag bc a zingy hot drink helps me stay not sick
That's a great idea! I have band-aids and paracetamol in my toiletry bag, which has proven useful more than once already. 😅
My suitcase contains a little baggie of assorted tea bags at all times. It comes in handy!
