I have a pretty cool Fitbit summary this week. I went to the office for five days two weeks ago and worked from home five days last week. I exercised three times in the morning in both weeks. Based on the data, I conclude that going to the office is good for my overall step count but bad for my average resting heart rate, which sounds right. And yes, I never seem to be able to catch more than six hours of sleep, which is probably really bad.
