maid kotya is also an au, yes. at her most "original", kotya is quite literally just some girl. there isn't any story to her default setting, so i tend to think of her as one of those paper dolls that you cut out and dress in whichever clothes you like (in this case, different aus). there are a few of those, and if you are interested in checking them out i compiled a neat list with short summaries here. both robot and maid au are on it, so if you ever wanted to know the actual story of either, you can read it there
