god i love the lost cities dimension, seems no matter what version of minecraft im in i can always count on it and it's completely chunk aligned programmer art buildings.
the buildings feel so architecturally meaningless but i kind of love it for that. it makes you feel like such an outsider to whatever bizarre culture left the buildings there... also makes it more fun to navigate with grappling hooks
the Hooked mod is especially a treat for that dimension since you can put it in a Baubles slot, bind it to a simple hotkey and it just works like straight up Terraria hooks. Crumbs i wish that mod got updated past 1.12 :c
i'm a big fan of Grappling Hook Mod for current versions because i love the feeling of swinging around and making big leaps ^O^ a straight-line hookshot just ain't the same
