linux is so coooool i love being able to just rearrange all my audio inputs/outputs and fine-tune which apps are listening to what. makes it really easy to record game audio and also to plug my bass directly into discord and let the vc hear me bap on strings

OOOOHHH that's so cool, this is what I wish Voicemeeter was, I'd been looking for a good equivalent for linux and this looks so much better than I could've hoped for
:> it did require me to swap out pulseaudio for pipewire but that turned out to be easier to set up than i thought (i also installed wireplumber in case that makes a difference)
