Every year, the Minnesota State Fair promos their new foods, and I get to introduce friends and others to the wild intensity of our state fair. So for cohost, I figure I'd make a little poll; and no cheating if you're from minnesota!! Which of these MN state fair foods is FAKE, and has not been available before?

Here are photos of the real items from the MN State Fair. While there are a lot of waffle-based dishes one could get there, there has never been a "Wafflerito" (at least as far as some cursory searching checks up on)

I'm surprised so many went for the hotdish and black licorice-- there's a lot of Scandinavian tastebuds in MN!
