Really liking this realtor I'm working with. Sent her an option that caught my eye on Zillow and she sent back an "oh honey no" with the listing contents from the system showing it was built up from a trailer frame from the 70's, lol
Also has me absolutely nailed that I'm more of a "vibes" person and may miss the more practical aspects of a place, so she's trying to keep that balanced
Also ALSO hoping it's not gauche to keep posting about this when so many people and the site itself are struggling right now. I know I'm extraordinarily lucky to be able to even have this option to shop around finally. This is the largest amount of dough I'm ever going to commit to anything though, and if I don't have some kind of pressure release for the hunt I'm gonna McFreakin Lose It.
