Apparently I'm the kid that plays with the box and not the toy
A Kickstarter for some lenses came in a few days ago with some really, really high quality packaging. Super rigid cardboard. The kind you're like...dang...I feel bad about just throwing this in the recycling...
So! Upcycling!
Glued them all together into a sturdy grid and decoupaged the bejeezus out of them. Got a bunch of construction paper just hanging around, so I figured I'd use that and eventually just paint over it. I kinda like it though? I'll see how I feel after it dries. No idea what I'll even use this for, lol. I'm open to suggestions!
Oh yeah, and the lenses themselves are very nice and I'm looking forward to figuring out how filters work~
It's not a place of high glory on the wheelycart, but it feels right that this would hold other Colors in it
I really don't have anything to share for Portfolio Day this time around. My brain's been so overwhelmed with everything to do with this move that it really hasn't had bandwidth for any creative stuff
That said, there was another nice study box in the recycling and I still had a bunch of shredded up construction paper in a bin...
Used up the rest of that jar of Mod Podge too, so that's one less thing to worry about spilling during transit
