I forgot how heinously Kilz will reek up the place, holy smokes. It's effective though!
Not sure what color the walls'll wind up being. Probably something fairly neutral in here since there's going to be so much other color being splashed around the joint. That wainscotting is staying though. It's tacky and I love it.
Undecided on the actual layout of thing as well. I'm kind of thinking of the standard IKEA countertop-on-shelves DIY table protruding into the room from under the right window, but I'm open to other options.
