Follow up on my earlier question on pin boards. Still very much plan on making a few of those upcycled shirt hangers, but I couldn't quite shake the idea that I wanted a cloth covered board for the bulk pins.

Wound up finding some 16x20 cork boards at Michael's, plus some rough cotton. Glued and tacked the fabric down and voila: a $100+ display board for a fraction of the price. Still got enough fabric to make two more!

Which I may need to make.

Because I underestimated how many friggin pins were in my collection.

Absolutely killed my thumb pushing them into place...

Pin pals! Can someone recommend me a quality large display board? I've been using a bunch of cork hexagons, but they've completely warped over time and are no longer keeping flush and secure with the wall. I was trying to rearrange them earlier and it's a complete wash...

So! Big boards! Would very much appreciate any suggestions. Cork, foam, whathaveyou. Somewhere in the range of 24"x36" would be ideal, but I'm flexible.
