been going through another rough patch of sleep. Averaging like maybe 3 and a half hours per night. I've heard all the sleep tips about 10 times over now and trust me when I say that literally none of it works which fuckin blows tbqh! Thanks for fuckin nothing ADHD ig
Also I've gathered enough data to confidently say that melatonin does not affect me in the slightest, so that's fun. Literally it only "worked" in that if I was already sleepy taking some it would help me stay asleep - but not anymore bc I've been taking it the past few nights and I STILL wake up after 3 hours and can't go back to sleep. Shit sucks!!!!
