Start laser immediately. Have the money? Just do it. You can do it closeted, you can make a case to your parents, etc. It takes a while, so get it done before you start transitioning so you don't end up like me, out and fem in public with a shadow.
Do electrolysis if laser doesn't suit your skin and hair color. Just, start early. I wish I would've started with my first paycheck.
