Food, as always, was good, but we're starting to be recognized by the staff.
When we sat down, one of the waitresses we usually have came up and said hi, nice to see you, etc. Which was awesome :) it's a different feeling from the chicken place, because here they remember us for tipping and being nice and there they remember us because we eat so much fucking fried chicken it's stupid.
Then, after having 2 different waiters take our appetizer / entre orders, the 3 waiters all brought out all our food at once. Like, each had 1 plate, everything one after another. They were treating us like fucking royalty. It honestly felt amazing.
They checked up on us frequently too, and after we left said see you again, some of the sushi chefs thanked us, etc. We tipped 51% tonight from how sweet they were.
No crazy story or anything, just happy that somewhere local to me has bomb-ass food and the staff greets me as a regular. It's an amazing feeling.
