I've previously mentioned that "baker's" is a quantity modifying adjective for saying "+1"
There are some other possessive adjective modifiers worth noting:
- devil's: something disorienting or otherwise unnerving or unpleasant (a devil's bargain, a devil's nap, devil's food cake)
- lion's: something that is large or a majority (lion's share)
- crow's: something high up (crow's nest, crow's feet (which are high up on the body, since they're associated with the eyes))
- widow's: something generally overlooking the rest (widow's peak, widow's walk)
- cat's: something outstanding or extraordinary (cat's pajamas, cat's meow, cat's whiskers)
Because they're modifiers, you can also combine them into sequences to further describe things more clearly™
