Sorry it didn't occur to me to do so, I just added a description.

A quote above the post says "Look at me, I'm a human. I pay taxes, I have depression, I'm behind on chores." The picture is possibly meant to highlight the ridiculous nature of human society and to give a certain little jouissance to the meme-enjoyer's ridiculous situation and depression.
