because donning the character mask of capital (i.e. being CEO) turns humans into paranoid messes. whoever is in such a position must feel that they hold unjust economical power, that they are an impostor, unworthy of their wealth and position, and are ever under danger of losing it all to the whims of the market and competition. in a moment of crisis, such desperate and pathetic attempts at control really are to be expected

for those wondering where he got the heart attack thing from, it's likely he mixed up lowtax with some us politician who changed his middle name to "(Low Tax)" and later got arrested for murdering a guy running against him. he died of a heart attack while incarcerated.
