you know how you can miss the boat on switching those over to twitch and then they just permanently are dead usernames no-one can have? (until they randomly decide to open the name up for use again, without telling anyone including you?)
yeah... yeah. I just updated my username to match (nearly) everywhere else, because I wanted to make sure it was possible. for years it was refusing to let me get my old username back despite the emails being the same!
they must have had the justin tv database online but collecting dust for this exact reason and finally decoupled it
I wonder if my old justin.tv account is still accessible... I assume they trashed them at some point.
