Some custom Planechase cards of places that WotC is not likely to ever make Planechase cards of.

Abandoned Boughs of Old Capenna

Abandoned Boughs of Old Capenna
Plane — Capenna

When you planeswalk to Abandoned Boughs of Old Capenna and at the beginning of each upkeep, choose target creature card from your graveyard. You lose life equal to its mana value, then put that card on top of your library.

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, create a X/X black Horror creature token, where X is the amount of life you lost this turn.

I would've loved to see these in canon. Someday?

Astrotorium Midway

Astrotorium Midway
Plane — Astrotorium

When you planeswalk to Astrotorium Midway and at the beginning of each upkeep, roll a d6.

Whenever you roll a die’s highest natural result, claim the prize!

Prize—Return a creature you control to its owner’s hand, then create two Treasure tokens.

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, any number of target players each claim the prize!

The Astrotorium isn't a plane and "Prize—…" doesn't quite work that way, but pretend that the right changes to the comp rules were made.

Dastardly Doom’s Death Ray Lair

Dastardly Doom’s Death Ray Lair
Plane — Bablovia

When you planeswalk to Dastardly Doom’s Death Ray Lair, each player gets 10 countdown counters. When you next planeswalk away from it, each player loses all countdown counters.

At the beginning of each end step, each player loses a countdown counter. The life total of each player who removes their last counter this way becomes 1.

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, if target player would remove countdown counters this turn, instead they remove that many countdown counters plus 1.

Fleet Control

Fleet Control
Plane — Astrotorium

Creatures are Vehicle artifacts with crew 3, “This permanent can crew other Vehicles as though it were a creature” and “Whenever this permanent is crewed, it becomes an artifact creature until the beginning of your next turn”. (They’re no longer creatures unless they are crewed.)

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, each noncreature Vehicle deals 2 damage to its controller. Then, each player sacrifices each noncreature Vehicle they control.

Frozen Wastes of Parheli

Frozen Wastes of Parheli
Plane — Aykan

Whenever a player activates an ability other than a mana ability, that player may put a folly counter on target nonlegendary creature they control that doesn’t have one. If they do, they copy that ability. They may choose new targets for the copy.

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, each player sacrifices each creature they control that has a folly counter on it. Then if six or more creatures died this turn, create Marit Lage, a legendary 20/20 black Avatar creature token with flying and indestructible.

This one is a bit of a doubly deep cut — it's a callback to the most current run of Magic comics, and to my own custom Isona cards.

Magan

Magan
Plane — Ixalan

Creatures that are black and/or white have lifelink.

As long as a creature has lifelink, it deals damage to other creatures as though it had deathtouch. (Any amount of damage from that creature is enough to destroy them.)

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, you may destroy target nonland permanent. If you do, lose 7 life.

The village of Magan is not ever going to be worthy of a card. But it was still a good exercise in thinking about what makes a card exciting when you play it, versus when it is a plane that can just happen to you.

Ovalchase Stadium

Ovalchase Stadium
Plane — Kaladesh

When you planeswalk to Ovalchase Stadium, each player creates two 3/2 Vehicle artifact tokens with crew 1.

Only Vehicles can deal damage to players, attack, or block.

If a Vehicle would deal combat damage to a player, instead its controller gets a lap counter. Then if they have 10 or more lap counters, they win the game.

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, create a 3/2 Vehicle artifact token with crew 1. It gains haste and becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.

This is Wacky Races as a plane! I love the idea of the game suddenly completely changing from under you, and it is appropriate, given that the last time I did this it turned a game of commander into Planechase.

Reality Skew

Reality Skew
Phenomenon

When you encounter Reality Skew, choose two different card types other than land. You get an emblem with “Permanents of the first chosen type have ward 1”, “Whenever a spell of the first chosen type becomes the target of a spell or ability, counter that spell or ability unless its controller pays 1”, and “Whenever a player casts a spell of the second chosen type, they lose 1 life.” (Then, planeswalk.)

Remains of the Nexus

Remains of the Nexus
Plane — Tarkir

When you planeswalk away from Remains of the Nexus, for each nonland permanent, its controller exiles it. If it had a timeline counter on it, that player then reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a card that shares a permanent type with it, puts that card onto the battlefield, and puts the rest at the bottom of their library in a random order.

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, put a timeline counter on up to two target nonland permanents.

This is the wipe. I love Planechase wipes — wiping is such a great leveler in Commander, so key to making the game possible to win for everyone.

S.N.E.A.K. Headquarters

S.N.E.A.K. Headquarters
Plane — Bablovia

When you planeswalk to S.N.E.A.K. Headquarters, chaos ensues.

1, Reveal a name you noted for S.N.E.A.K. Headquarters that you haven’t revealed yet: Gain control of target spell with that name. Any player may activate this ability.

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, players reveal their hands, then each player secretly notes a nonland card name.

Nailing the feeling of silver border in planes withough making "silver-bordered planes" was a lot of fun.

Sylex Rupture

Sylex Rupture
Phenomenon

When you planeswalk to Sylex Rupture, exile the top half of your planar deck, rounded down. An opponent chooses a plane card exiled this way and puts it on top of its owner’s planar deck. Until you next planeswalk from a plane, loyalty abilities can’t be activated. (Then, planeswalk.)

Right from Aftermath.

Wingwhisper Ferns

Wingwhisper Ferns
Plane

Whenever a player draws their second card each turn, they reveal that card and the top card of their library.

{CHAOS} — Whenever chaos ensues, fateseal 3. (To fateseal 3, look at the top three cards of an opponent’s library, then put any number of them on the bottom of that player’s library and the rest on top in any order.)

This, for the record, it's supposed to be Aminatou's home plane — which doesn't have a name yet.
