I've taken up lifting weights to get in shape and to keep my mental facilities focused. It's fun and a great workout for someone currently bedridden. That said I'd like to tell you about the Inch Dumbbell.
The Inch Dumbbell is named after its creator, Thomas Inch, and is known for being, well, massive.
Weighing in at a monstrous 172 pounds or about 78 kilos - yes, this dumbbell weighs approximately one human being - and its handle is about two and a half inches in diameter. So in addition to lifting a person you have to be able to get a solid grip on something large designed to spin in your hand as you lift it. Needless to say, lifting it is an exceptional task.
So what I wanted to show you was this - Mark Henry clean-lifting it with one hand because he wanted to do something no living being had ever done before. It's a remarkable feat of pure strength, and what he does after is downright hilarious.
