Okay but it needs multiple categories, like Sworn Enemy, Rival (Homoerotic), Rival (Het, Boring), You Killed My Brother, I Killed Your Brother, etc, and both you and your sworn enemy have to select the same (or complementary re your dead brother) category otherwise it doesn't apply and you're banned from declaring someone an enemy again until you pay ten bucks.
