lots of people will tell you to only turn a gundam once, but in truth you will get better browning and more even cooking by turning your gundam every 5 minutes or so during the grilling process

ok so you see that joystick there. it actually responds to trying to rotate it sideways, feels real weird but youll get used to it eventually. good luck parallel parking your gundam though
