I don't think I would describe it as a "good" game but I would describe it as a game that is fascinating in its flawed ambitions, so if you like seeing that specific kind of messy it's a pretty interesting artifact.
for the record my recommended playstyle is to put on pilot sunglasses as soon as you get access to cosmetics and then act like the kind of asshole who wears shades indoors 24/7, it really does make the game better on every level
