A followup on the health issue I mentioned here. Short version: I'm probably fine and have been feeling better, and will be making some changes to ensure I remain healthy.
Somewhat longer version: I'm finally going to be able to get checked out tomorrow. I went to the ER today, talked with a really great doctor who explicitly respected my gender and expressed sympathetic frustration that the hospital still has my deadname on file. I've been able to stop catastrophizing and have felt a lot better since. I'll be getting a scan tomorrow to confirm what the doctor seemed pretty certain about. After that, I'll be continuing my search for ongoing healthcare in this hell ass province. Fuck you as always, Blaine Higgs. Please step on a Lego.
