Almost every person has enough computer. You have enough computer in your pocket. You have enough computer to do work. This has been the case for the last five or ten years. Most things you do on the internet are limited by software, not hardware. The computer in your pocket can play pretty good video. The most common reason to have more computer is video games. Consider that the Nintendo Switch is about as much computer as a Playstation Three, which was released in 2006. Having more computer is a convenience, but good graphics comes from good art direction rather than having a lot of computer.

We have enough computer. The only reason to buy a new computer is because your old computer broke.

Apple and Microsoft have recently announced a lot of features that involve running big inference operations on your own computer. There is one reason for this: it takes a lot of computer, and they want to sell you more computer. Until they demonstrate that these local computer features are good, you don't actually need more computer. You probably have enough.
