please stop making bad faith reads of content policies and, more importantly, dont send me a question-less ask trying to enlist me in an outrage campaign
edit: i don't even think i should have to justify my stance here but: i do not know how to moderate a social media site and neither do anyone else here but staff. the guidelines seem good to me based on the goals of eliminating any attempts at spam/garbage content, while allowing discussion with examples of that stuff with measures to hide it from people who don't want to exposed by it. i don't wanna see it so ill mute the tag. just do that, too.
if that's not enough, staff will review their guidelines openly and clearly as they have like 50 times in the past two years or whatever. i cannot stress that them actually listening to y'all and openly addressing issues is, like, not how this shit goes everywhere else. i don't know what else they gotta do for you to have a little faith in their decisions man, yikes.
but seriously don't ever message me like this about this kind of thing ever. i am not an instrument of (your) justice to be wielded.
