Compression scheme:
00: "shave and a hair cut"
01: "the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog"
10: [extremely loud incorrect buzzer]
11: prefix indicating the remainder of the byte stream is DEFLATE-encoded
I was thinking more along the lines of:
00: nothing
01: shave but no haircut
10: haircut but no shave
11: shave and a haircut
