You need to take a moment to consider Twitter's worth to you. Right now.
As an artist and a friend with a very small following, it's no longer worth the time and energy investment when the post-Twitter Blue changes destroyed any smaller account's chances to be seen by the algorithm. It's also harder to find lasting friendships, or even people you can TRUST with your lighter secrets, with fandom being too terminally online.
As much as I tried to hold my ground and stay in touch with people, there's nothing Twitter can bring to me anymore. It might be the same for you. But that's for you to consider, and nobody can stop you if you want to keep using the service under Elon's fragile ego.
I'll still wish all the folks I met on there well with life. My account will stay so people can find me, but it ain't my rat race anymore.
