We're gonna call player 1 the lower player and player 2 the higher player.
Player 1 has recently cast "one with nothing", a black spell that discards their hand. This qualifies player 1 for a win via uno rules, with one caveat:
It's not known whether player 1 said "Uno" before this play, however I would argue that since the "uno" rule only requires a player to draw cards on faliure to say uno after reaching 1 card, and one with nothing skips directly from a full hand to an empty one skipping over 1, I would argue this counts as a win
