I haven't quite had the energy to type up a more in depth post but I want to open up a discussion about the concept of (I forget the name) being against seperating your personality into multiple digestable accounts and/or internet personas for the purpose of being more true to yourself (again someone remind me of the word)

and I do appreciate the sentiment in many ways but also I don't think I'm the type of person who could accomplish that, like when I post I have a very specific register I aim for and feel weird posting anything outside of that.

I like to think of it as showing different sides of my true self online. I imagine my self like a complex prism, and no matter what I will only be able to show so many sides of it at once. And I can choose what angle people will view me at.

I am also the type of person who wants to have separation of personalities depending on the context I'm in, but it is normally genuine. My ideal form on the online webspace is being a ferret-like creature who wants to have a good time and show neat things I make to others. Dook.

Hi dook

I’d love to develop this thought more when I have the time. Juggling multiple sides of myself is something I do struggle with, and I also don’t have a strong self of self-peception to help me project that perception onto how I think others should see me. Anyways I’d love to talk more, dook
