I've been chipping away somewhat at my project, and here's a realistic estimate of what I want to do for a demo release:

Demo:
5 unit types
4 land tile types
2 land "modifiers"
2 buildings
campaign with 5 missions
enemy ai with "personality types"
level editor with shareable maps
full vfx, music and sound

Progress has been slow because I've been dealing with a lot of things I'm not too familiar with, as I'm considering this somewhat to be my "Learner project", however I'm pleased to announce that I'm making steady progress. I'll be posting an update when all 5 starter units have official models
