I mean it really depends on how you define "sick" - like is sick just infections of some sort, or is sufficiently taken down by the Ailments enough, 'cause I have very divergent answers there.
I think in this context it's "contracted an infectious disease that substantially impacted your functioning for a day or more"
Mm fair. Pre-pandemic that was like... every month at least, but I also was living with someone who worked in a middle school.
Now it's only every few months, generally through the middle schooler I now live with. :P
