so billionaires can collude to kill any bank smaller than the top 3 now, huh

if I were a bank I'd definitely take this as a signal to limit my exposure to capital that flows downstream from VCs. I wonder if that causes a knock-on chilling effect on tech startups. probably not since memory is short when there's money to be made
