The Addiction Review
A great allegorical vampire movie that refuses to allow itself to be constrained by its allegory. While I found its explicit philosophizing a little off-putting at times, it did excellent work directly portraying the struggle with not just addiction but morality as a whole, humans' capacity for evil, and the cyclical reproduction of trauma. A gorgeous, toothsome vampire film.
