There’s a ramen place in my home town called tampopo and everyone I knew was raving about it and so I finally tried it like 5 years ago now but anyway it was the worst ramen I’ve ever had it like… wasn’t salty?
that's fuckin tragic. there are a lot of ramen places around here and a few of them are bad and it's just like... how do you even stay open
Yeah some places are even super popular (like Tampopo) and terrible it’s fascinating, I’m not really sure what it is there’s probably lots of different reasons, there was a place that wasn’t great but not terrible near my house and I frequented just because of how close it was lmfao
