I believe that's what they do in the ancient European art of "demoscene"
I'm not deep on the demo scene, but I don't think most of them are Feature Length?
All Iโm saying is, people have already done it and some modder could go unleash what has already been made
there was that anime where they converted the entire video track into subtitles that would form the video on your machine
so, i can't find it now 'cos google's useless these days, but as a stunt, a torrent group created "softcoded hardcoded" subs. The video track was just a black screen, with all the pixels of the anime, including their hardcoded subtitles, as densely packed softcoded subtitles. i remember the filesize being something abhorrent, since there's no compression for making your video entirely out of subtitles.
Found it.
That took... considerably more effort to find than I thought it would, yeah. All the more frustrating because I knew exactly what you were talking about and couldn't figure out the right search terms. In the end, I found it by scoping the search to the orange site because I knew I'd seen it discussed there at some point.
