I was initially uncomfortable with the lack of likes/reacts on comments but I've really grown to appreciate it. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad there are still likes on posts—as much as that sort of number-go-up brain candy can be harmful, I do appreciate feedback about which of the stuff I post is more or less interesting. But I'm enjoying being free from the read-receipt-esque culture of the courtesy fav, where you like every reply to your post that isn't actively distasteful just to show you're listening.
