Well, you don't wanna have to climb back out and go make another one any time soon, so you're definitely looking at something stirred, probably served over one large rock—a cocktail designed to last a while. You're also going to be surrounded by smells of wood and tree, so it should mesh well with that—something earthy and rich. I think a dark rum negroni could fit the bill nicely.
