Keep a packet of powdered pedialyte (or off-brand oral rehydration solution) with you. It's easy to get dehydrated without realizing it, especially when the weather is hot or you've been drinking, and this is an easy and effective way to get back electrolyes (and way lower sugar than Gatorade or other sports drinks). Just pop it into a glass of water or water bottle, stir it up, and drink. If it doesn't taste bad by the end of the cup, drink another one! Dehydration isn't always obvious and rarely feels like thirst, so this is a handy trick to make yourself feel way better out of nowhere some percentage of the time.
If you mean advice that's specific to trans people, that's just too broad a category for me to really provide anything more than the broadest platitudes. Everyone is too different! Sorry! But do for sure stay hydrated.
