I think the writers of most Star Treks have no idea what to do with Vulcans other than turning the arrogance upto 11.
It would be funny if Yellow isn’t an actual extra dimensional being and just works for answering service for species that have transcended, hence the limited ability to respond.
yeah "the extradimensional beings reinvented healthcare bureaucracy" is a solid gag but it would have worked a lot better in Lower Decks than SNW
