this is tricky to answer because I don't have a well-indexed memory for this sort of thing. I think the answer is almost certainly within city limits, so by odds it's probably somewhere in New York because that's the biggest city I've spent a bunch of time in. as for worth it, almost certainly, I've had vanishingly few bad meals out in New York City
