The Chex Mix base with Gardetto's flavoring would be perfect. Gardetto's taste amazing, but so much of the bag is just various kinds of breadstick which have middling texture at best. The only really high-tier element are the rye chips. Chex Mix on the other hand recognizes the crucial fact that Chex texture is incredible, but the flavoring of it is just okay. Replace breadsticks with Chex in a Gardetto's bag? Now you're cooking with gas

I remember doing homemade chexmix as a kid in a big garbage bag. I wonder how hard it would be to figure out the particular Gardettos spice mix and shake up a batch
I've thought about this and I think the biggest question is how too apply the flavoring evenly. How well did the garbage bag technique work?
I haven’t done it in 20+ years but my memory is that it worked well enough that I never noticed any unevenness

I remember something I used to see at the church bake sale was oyster crackers coated in ranch dressing mix. They were quite good, and hit most of the elements you listed.
Gardetto's sells bags of nothing but rye chips, maybe I should mix that in a box of chex
they do but these bags are disappointingly less flavorful than the rye chips in the standard bags
