I have the typewriter. It's gorgeous, genuinely convincing from a modest distance, and a very fun, clever build

The NASA sets, Saturn V, ISS, Apollo Lander, and Space Shuttle all display very nicely and come with stands, I keep the Saturn V on the side like the real ones at Kennedy/Houston

A friend built the Blacksmith and it looks super cute all opened up on display

any of the modular buildings, they're usually around $200 but "assembly square" is the biggest one and may be available at an ok price (it's out of print). all are extraordinarily good builds

motorized lighthouse, already mentioned, is $300 even, typewriter is $250

the grand piano is a phenomenal set and one of the best looking things they've ever made and while typing this i found out its actually $400 rip. i feel like it was not always that price.

tree house rules and is $250, the globe is imo meh but it does look the part, is $230. it's also out of print but the Old Fishing Hut is another fantastic standalone building

whole lotta good answers in these comments already, but I'll point out the NES as one of my favorite builds I've done; it's got a ton of bits where you're like "oh this is really clever" while you're building it. the modular buildings definitely capture that same vibe but in a slightly different way. the piano looks great but gets a little repetitive, and while Saturn V looks amazing, it's also one of the most difficult builds I've ever done — there's a lot in there that requires far more manual dexterity just to attach certain parts of the build than anything else I've personally done.
