I hope at least one agender person who's about to go under general anesthesia for some sort of gender-confirming surgery has thought to say "Come, you spirits that tend on mortal thoughts, unsex me here." Probably not the rest of the soliloquy though unless they're planning on an assassination right after which seems rough given the recovery timeline
